Mothers Leading Science

Leadership program welcomes twelve researcher-moms

The Mothers Leading Science leadership development program welcomes twelve female faculty and health science researchers to the 2020-2021 cohort.

Members of the cohort will receive leadership training, participate in vital monthly conversations, and build a network of peers for ongoing support to integrate their dual roles of scientists and mothers. The year-long program will be followed by an annual retreat.

The Mothers Leading Science program is a collaboration between CTSI, the Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women's Health (BIRCWH) program, and the Center for Women in Medicine and Science
