Clinics and Surgery Center (CSC)
CTSI is leading the patient research experience, called the “Discovery Experience”, at the new University of Minnesota Health Clinics and Surgery Center (CSC), which opened in February 2016.
The CSC “Discovery Experience” will integrate research into clinical care to connect patients with research opportunities and ultimately help University studies be more successful. Efforts include:
- Increasing patient awareness of research opportunities at the University, such as by featuring StudyFinder on monitors, iPads, and other electronic platforms.
- Embedding research into the entire patient experience and interactions with CSC patients, staff and providers.
