The third cohort of the Northern LITeS program wrapped up on April 4th with participants presenting their team projects to University faculty and leaders. It was the culmination of an eight-month program of leadership training and professional development.
The 2024-2025 cohort focused on associate professor "rising star" faculty leaders, providing executive-level training tailored to the needs of experienced academics in biomedical, translational, clinical, and health-related sciences.
