Project: Utilizing real world evidence to increase efficiency of clinical trials with application to COVID-19 clinical trials
Lily Haine is a Biostatistics PhD candidate. Her research interests are in incorporating external non-randomized data into the design and analysis of randomized controlled trials, with applications to Influenza and COVID-19 clinical trials. She also enjoys working collaboratively with scientists and clinicians figuring out intuitive ways to break down statistical concepts into understandable language for non-statisticians.
