Jessica Barry is a first-year PhD student in the University of Minnesota’s Department of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology Graduate Program. Ms. Barry joined the program after completing her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering, also at the University of Minnesota.

Her research interests include pharmacometrics, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling, and pharmacokinetic analyses in special populations including pregnant women with epilepsy. She is motivated by an interest in clinical trials and drug development and a desire to one day support the development of novel therapeutics. While still exploring her future goals, she is interested in multiple career options including pharmacometric research from an industry or academic perspective.
