Jacquelyn Sertic is a first-year doctoral student at the University of Minnesota. She is studying biomechanics and neuromotor control in the School of Kinesiology.

Jacquelyn is a recipient of the CTSI Advanced Pathways to Research Program scholarship, which will allow her to engage in research characterizing ankle proprioceptive acuity in older adults. Her research interests include sensory loss in people with Parkinson's disease.

Jacquelyn intends to pursue a research career, studying the motor implications of neurological diseases. Jacquelyn is also the Vice President of the American Society of Biomechanics student chapter at the U of Minnesota.
