Mothers Leading Science program welcomes third cohort

Now in its third year, the Mothers Leading Science program welcomes a new cohort of Researcher Moms for 2022-2023.

The twelve new members of the cohort will complete the Dare to Lead™ nationally recognized leadership development curriculum, engage in vital monthly conversations, and build a network of peers for ongoing support to integrate their roles as scientists, women, and mothers. The year-long program is followed by an annual all-cohort retreat.

The Mothers Leading Science program is a collaboration between CTSI, the Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women's Health (BIRCWH) program, and the Center for Women in Medicine and Science.
